Experience The Bear & The River with the Jewish Community Symphony, featuring music inspired by nature and storytelling. The program opens with Schubert’s Rosamunde Overture and Haydn’s lively Symphony No. 82 “The Bear”, then flows into Smetana’s Moldau. Special guest Martin Chalifour, concertmaster of the Los Angeles Philharmonic, performs Mozart’s Violin Concerto No. 3 and Saint-Saëns’ Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso, bringing star power to the evening.
