In this five-part series with Rabbi Susan Freeman, chaplain and ACPE certified educator, we explore the Psalms as a living, breathing part of Jewish spiritual life. Using gentle movement, breath, and awareness, we connect to themes of nature and renewal found in these sacred texts. Inspired in part by qigong, each session is accessible and adaptable. No experience needed. Come as you are, and experience the Psalms through both body and mind.
