Playwright Ali Viterbi intertwines the historical, personal, and fictional in an evening dedicated to the Italian Jewish experience. Set to a delicious traditional Italian Jewish meal (prepared by award-winning chef and writer of "Cooking Alla Giudia," Benedetta Jasmine Guetta), the evening will include: a brief history of Italian Jewry from 70 CE to today, as it connects with the unique story of Viterbi's family; readings of poetry from renowned Italian Jewish writer and Holocaust Survivor Primo Levi; and performed excerpts from Viterbi's play "In Every Generation," starring acclaimed actors Beatrice Basso and Marco Barricelli.
VIP tickets include a signed copy of “Cooking Alla Guidia”.
